  5. The coolant between ACM-CDU and ACM-MDU is compatible with many media such as ultrapure water, ethylene glycol and fluoride solution.<\/li>
  6. The cold source equipment adopts non-press evaporative cooling module machine, which is highly efficient, energy-saving, safe and reliable.<\/li>
  7. The coolant directly cools the core heating components with high load capacity and heat transfer.<\/li>
  8. The coolant temperature control system operates with low noise and is environmentally friendly and flexibly arranged.<\/li>
  9. The wetting material is fully compatible with the liquid separation flow technology, featuring no leakage at connectors and high reliability.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
